Summary: Everything was fine. The room was standard nothing to write to you mother about. Needs a bit of decoration.

Summary: Staff were amazing, hotel itself is sectioned into an old and new part. Unfortunately we were in the older part and had to take 3 different lifts to get to our room. Cleanliness was very good. Our room suffered from a lot of road noise as it was at the back of the building.

Summary: Amazing view of Lake Como from our balcony. Comfortable room. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Summary: The stay was great. Unbelievable views of Lecco from the room. My only gripe was having to pay $20 extra for breakfast. Otherwise great stay.

Summary: location is great with secure parking and fantastic view. unfortunately the building needs attention, many water damage areas, needs new carpeting in hallways, stained and fading. Our room had a corner wall with water damage and some moisture stains.

Summary: Had a very nice stay. Hotel has an amazing view. Easy to get to and about 20 mins walking to ferry and clock tower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only setback was breakfast buffet which does not live to expectation and coat. Everything was dry... the amazing does not make up for the food...

Summary: Excellent views from the rooms and from the top floor bar, good breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel rooms felt a little dated and the biggest challenge was no taxis and the main train station Lecco is a good 25 min walk away which we had to do with luggage dragging over cobbled streets.

Summary: The reason we chose the hotel was to have a nice relaxed evening on our way home.from a cruise with a nice veiw resteraunt and bar. There was a wedding in the resteraunt so no food. The veiw was beautiful from the balcony but the wedding on the roof was so loud you couldnt enjoy it. When we drove to dinner the one thing we did nt want to do, there was no parking because of the wedding. Inside the room the tv's only had one working channel. For over 500 dollars it was terrible and the staff didnt seem concerned.
